We want you to be satisfied with your purchase! Since we do not offer refunds, we only provide exchanges within 7 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With original tags and packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start an Exchange

Approved exchanges must be sent to the following address:

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once your request is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with an exchange.

Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:
